Clickety-click!

New brooches in my shop, culled from vintage embroidered cloths. (Cutting them up becomes easier if I restrict myself to buying only stained cloths, and saving the unstained bits. Otherwise it's like cutting up books, and I just can't do it.)

And if you like this sort of thing, do have a look at Ruby in the Dust's shop! She's also having a giveaway on her blog, so pop over there to leave a comment, and perhaps win a pocket mirror.

Soooo pretty!!! Love the look all around. I know what you mean about cutting up the pristine - very hard!

woohoo, thanks for the plug! I love the way you layered those cut-out ones, they look lovely :)

I've been trying to make fabric covered buttons but always end up with wrinkles and slippage. Any clues? Do you glue them to the badge top? I'm becoming very frustrated with my efforts!
