New doll

A new version of the paper doll. I like this one a lot more: she looks nervous and confused, and just a tiny bit annoyed. The dress will still fit her, as she's based on the previous dolls. (You can get the bigger version of the doll here.)

She is sweet, but I must say that I like the Sulky Doll best! (I printed her and have coloured her in, but haven't pasted and cut her out yet.) May I ask you how you create your drawings? I assume you use a computer? But do you draw a kind of pencil thing first on paper or do you draw it freehand on the computer? What software do you use?I am fascinated by it all, but I know nothing about illustration or graphic design. In my next life I will definitely study something different from Computer Science and Maths ...

I don't have enough hours in the day! I will have even less if I take up playing with paper dolls too! Please stop tempting me like this ;D!

My mom saved all her old magazines from the 50's and when I was a young girl I cut out all the free paperdolls in all their retro outfitted glory. Girls, boys, teens, moms and dad (think Mad Men). I no longer have them, but OH the memories of hours and hours of imagination and drama.
