in Fargo the husband of the pregnant policewoman paints birds for stamps.
Before that I had never given the artwork on stamps the slightest thought, but suddenly I saw it in a new light - it was no longer "just a bird", but something someone slaved over lovingly for a long long time, and a thing of beauty in it's own right.
This picture just reminded me of that - gorgeous and strangely touching.
