(This is the post I meant to put up before I was whisked away to comicland last week.)
Quick and easy and very necessary mittens! There's a link to the pattern
here; it's a Ravely link, and also in French, but really all you need are the numbers, and Google Translate is always good for a giggle. These are splendid mittens - I can even crochet with them on!
I was flattered to be
interviewed last week on the super-stylish
Fabric of Living blog. Great questions, and just such a lovely blog.

They do look confy :)
And congrats on the work in the comic book, it must have been fun.
Just committed to a baby bunting for my cousin's baby- will be nice to get in the groove of knitting once again. Hoping I haven't lost my rhythm over the last few months!
I like these- will note it for later this year. Heading into the hot hot heat for us right now.
The mitts look great, I must make some! Loved your interview too, congrats :D
Great mittens! I do so love fingerless mitts - I used them when I drove in to work on dark, icy winter mornings, but now that I work from home I feel I do not really need them.
PS The comic conference looked like it was awesome. I would love to see pictures at some stage! (You inspired me to post a comic a few weeks ago. But as I said, too much work! How you managed to draw a whole book is beyond me ...)
great mittens, love the colour too
the mitts do look comfy and love the color too.
love them :)...
