Orange

Not an awful lot of stuff to blog about at the moment, as I'm mostly drawing and re-drawing time-tables to stay on top of all the illustration work. So let's just admire my lovely new salad spinner from the St Giles shop in Mowbray.

It's so gorgeously orange!

my mum has that very spinner - when we were kids my brothers and i would have a competition to see how fast it would go without salad leaves flying around the kitchen. in actual fact, we regressed back to childhood about 3 weeks ago when at my mum's and she asked us to rinse and spin the salad for lunch...

We had that one too! No other salad spinner compares, I highly recommend it! X

I just bought a bright orange glass vase at the Kloof SPCA yesterday! My daughter was looking for coloured glass, but she wasn't brave enough to take the orange one for herself!

Cool! And exactly the same my parents had when I was young. It brings back memories of us all wanting to spin the salad for dinner.
