This is exactly what we learn in yoga class as well: be present; be mindful of each movement, each action, each breath. If the mind wanders, bring it gently back to this moment.Ha, so Yorkshire tea is really strong? I must try it sometime.
Such an interesting link, thank you! It's funny I don't have as much of a problem with the repetitive tasks in my work but I'm sure I can apply this to my creative angst. It's a great reminder to focus and enjoy the moment and to stop constantly 'checking on' the future.
