Ghost Leaves


Satisfyingly instant results. Dry embossing, with a cardboard stencil and a crochet hook. See Can't Stop Making Things for a how-to (via One Pretty Thing).

Jesse - these are gorgeous - I have been thinking about doing some embossing for a while but have not got around to it. Did you know that you can do the same technique by putting a linocut through a printing press with paper?

This is really effective! I once, a long time ago, almost got into embossing, but I took a different turn instead. :D
