Graffiti can be cool but also annoying. There are a few houses on my daily route to work where the "artists" keep on painting garbage on the pre-cast walls and gates. The owners keep painting and the artists keep on coming back....
I like the girl with the balloon. I suppose that she is upset because she is waiting for someone and it is late.
