The thin red line

Still warm from curing in the oven, block printed cotton tape.

It's such a great feeling when things just work out neatly! I bought this roll of tape more than a year ago, knowing I'd want to do something with it sometime. This morning I opened the cupboard, there it was looking at me, and I knew exactly what to do with it.

I'll be listing it in my shop this weekend, in case anyone wants to share in the prettiness!

This is lovely! Or ihana to be more precise. Ihana is lovely in Finnish and I considered this lovely before I knew what language to use.

I've been awfully busy and that's probably one reason why I have a very sore throat. Winter has surprised me and I really can't dress to the weather.

These are perfect for your block printing. I'm sure they will be snapped quickly from your shop. By the way, loved your 'miranda' softie. The socks were just the right touch.

It is lovely, I have been lurking (coming to your blog from flickr) and this is my first time commenting. I love the block printing on the tape. And I really have appreciated all tips in your fabric printing tutorials. One day I might just put them to use.
