Notebooks

I love notebooks! So much so that I can't use anything but cheap ones. The beautiful ones are just too lovely to be spoiled with scribbled shopping lists and phone numbers - they demand important thoughts. So they remain pristine, in anticipation of such thoughts (and the development of elegant handwriting).

But still, I want pretty books for my lists. The solution: ordinary notebooks covered with pretty stuff. Washable, reusable, and unintimidating. They'll be in my shop later today.

No!!!! I too love notebooks, I have quite a collection ... last night after filling up my current one I went out and bought a new one. Now I wish I'd waited. :(

Ah well, I'm sure I can find a use for one of your notebooks too!

Can't wait! They look fantastic. My only problem NOW is which one to choose!

Fantastic! But yours look like the special ones that I also can't bring myself to "spoil"!

These are really great! Such a clever way to make a basic notebook very beautiful, but still entirely usable and unintimidating.

Such a good idea! I know a few of my notebooks could do with stylish covers like that!

I can relate - I used to be totally intimidated by gorgeous leather bound, embossed, silk covered, shiny, pretty notebooks. Far too nice for my mundane scribblings. I managed to semi-overcome this and now almost exclusively use Moleskin (not too pretty.) I love your solution!

Absolutely gorgeous prints, I love them.

These look great! I seem to be addicted to notebooks. I'm not the type to "save" them. I just dive right in and scratch away with my illegible writing. I keep them all once they're all filled up, too, so the prettier the better.

These are beautiful Jesse! When I break my habit of Black cover-White page I'll come knocking for sure. By the way I haven't forgotten the book it's just the time ... sorry I'm so bad at getting around :)

Thanks, Kate! Straight lines... I think it's just practice, I'm afraid. I haven't been doing the books for a while, but have just started a new back, and they'll be in my Etsy shop soon.
