Slicing the Ham

Couldn't let this moment pass undocumented. The first slices off the new ham. (Gosh, the last one was a long time ago!)

I had nothing to do with the making of this marvel, but I did pay close and respectful attention to every account of it's progress from fresh meat to rock-hard ham.
