Picture from Moonseats

Now that I've found jeans (two pairs! three and a quarter hours!*) I need shirts - this one from local Etsy seller Moonseats is pretty perfect. (Also this dress.)

* Jeans with a narrower waist than hip measurement seem to be out of style. But Fashion Express has them for only R99, in case you're looking.

*And - can someone please explain what 'leg measurement' might refer to? Does it mean hip measurement? Does it mean both legs, or just one? I couldn't actually tell from the jeans, the sizes varied so wildly. And if legs, where exactly is it measured?

Inside leg! Yes, it could be that. I suppose I just found it odd that there wasn't a hip measurement, as that would seem the most important when choosing a size. But then again, the numbers on the jeans don't seem to correspond to anything in the real world!

Usually jeans have two measurements, waist an inseam. So if you buy a 32/32 it'll be 32 inch around (waistband) and the inseam will also be 32 inch. Of course the fit varies, some are supposed to fit snug and some have some ease, so the latter will feel looser because they're supposed to have more space between skin and pants. So a pair of low rise skinny jeans in 32/32 will fit totally different than a pair of "mom jeans" in 32/32 or a pair of wide leg 32/32.
